Baking mix for choux pastry Use the choux pastry to make delicious eclairs, piping rings or cream puffs.
Mix the mixture with water and eggs according to the instructions on the packet. In the oven, the classic cavities for choux pastry will develop.
After cooling, fill your pastries with cream, custard or other fillings.
Recipe for approx. 14 large cream puffs You will also need 800g water
