With one sachet of vanilla ice cream powder, you can make two batches of delicious ice cream, yielding approximately 10 to 12 scoops each time using our ice cream scoop

Basic recipe for approximately 10 to 12 scoops of vanilla ice cream using our ice cream scoop:
100 g vanilla ice cream powder
150 g cold milk
150 g cold cream
Whisk everything together until very stiff. Optionally, swirl in fruit and/or flavor pastes or stir them in completely. The ice cream mixture can also be enhanced with biscuits, cookies, fruit, chocolate chips, nougat, brittle, caramelized nuts, etc. Then pour it into a freezer container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Allow it to thaw slightly before serving until it reaches the desired firmness. Note: This powder is not suitable for ice cream makers or soft serve machines. Tips: The ice cream can also be made with some almond milk, yogurt, skyr, or similar milk alternatives. You can also enhance the ice cream mixture before freezing with, for example, caramelized nuts, chocolate chips, brittle, etc. For ice cream cakes, simply use the finished or enhanced ice cream mixture as a cake filling and then freeze it.
