Inspired by the exclusive dessert "Mon Koeur" signed by the pastry chef and World Champion Christophe Michalak. The Kit Fleur 1085 by Silikomart Professional is composed by two silicone moulds: a base for a preparation of 485 ml and a top with a floral design to create a decoration with a volume of 600 ml. The two preparations together create interesting combinations of flavours and textures.
