Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Gift Certificates:

1. These terms and conditions for redeeming gift certificates apply to all gift certificates purchased in our online store at www.pati-versand.de.

2. Gift certificates can only be redeemed in our online store at www.pati-versand.de using the designated online order form (shopping cart system). Redemption by phone, mail, fax, or email is not possible.

3. Before redeeming a gift certificate, you must create a customer account in our online store.

4. Gift certificates and any remaining balance on gift certificates are valid until the end of the third year following the year of purchase. Any remaining balance will be credited to your gift certificate account until the expiration date.

5. Gift certificates may only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional gift certificates.

7. Only one gift certificate may be redeemed per order.

8. Gift cards or gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. The gift card is intended solely for use by the person named on it. Transfer of the gift card to third parties is prohibited. We are entitled, but not obligated, to verify the eligibility of the respective gift card holder.

10. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be redeemed using a “Business Customer” account.

11. Our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply in addition to these provisions regarding the redemption of gift cards.
