The Cake Craft Pen from Rainbow Dust can be used on both sides. It has a 0.5 mm pen on one side and a 2.5 mm pen on the other. The pen is especially suitable to give your modelling work a special character. The two pen tips allow you to use it for colouring as well as for adding smaller details such as eyes, eyelashes on faces or veins on leaves and flowers. The pen is available in 23 different colours.

The special food ink dries quickly and is more convenient to use than paint and brushes. The pen works best on a solid surface. Allow marzipan, fondant and flower paste to dry a little first before applying the pen to it. This will give you the best results. Keep the pen well closed to prevent it from drying out. If the pencil is still dry, you can moisten it with a little water.

The pen is not suitable for staining large areas. It is better to use a food colouring made from colour powder and Rejuvenator Spirit.

The ink in the pen is water-based and therefore not suitable for drawing on chocolate and candy melts.
