Traditional Italian flatbread to make yourself
Now quick and easy to make - with this baking mix you can make an airy, soft flatbread Italian-style. The fresh ingredients and a hint of olive oil give the bread its typical aromatic taste.
Works of art made of bread, vegetables and herbs
Let your imagination run wild and refine the focaccia with various toppings such as olives, tomatoes, onions or cheese. Even entire works of art with pictures of vegetables and garden herbs can be decorated on this bread.
You will receive a flour mixture for 2-3 loaves of bread and a separate packet of dry yeast. It is not necessary to weigh other ingredients. You only need 330ml of water and 31g of olive oil.

Recipe for 2-3 focaccia:
493g baking mix focaccia
31g olive oil
3.5g dry yeast (half a packet)
330g water (30°C)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and knead slowly for 2 minutes, then quickly for 7 minutes. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230 °C (top/bottom heat). After the resting time, divide the dough into two to three equal parts. Grease a baking tray and hands with olive oil. Flatten the dough pieces slightly, place them on the oiled baking tray and press them down again with your fingers. Let the flatbreads rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes. Bake for about 11-15 minutes, depending on the size of the flatbreads.
