Preparation: Chocolate Lovers Cupcakes
(Package contents: 300g baking mix, 15g cocoa powder, 20g chocolate topping, 20g Callebaut callets dark choc, 12 cupcake capsules)
Additionally you need: 125ml cooking oil, 100ml water, 100g egg (about 2 eggs size M); for the cream hood: 300ml whipped cream (cold), 10g sugar
Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat. Mix the baking mix with eggs, edible oil and water brie? y with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer at lowest level and then stir at the highest level for 1 minute and smooth.
Place the cupcake capsules on a baking or mu? n tray and dispense the mixture evenly on the capsules. Bake the cakes for about 15-20 minutes and then allow to cool. For the chocolate cream, mix cocoa powder together with sugar and place in a high mixing bowl. Add some cold cream and stir until mixture is smooth. Then add the remaining cream and beat until stiff. Pour the cream into a piping bag with nozzle and garnish each cake with a cream cap, thecallebaut callets and the chocolate topping.
