Not just a hit at Christmas! Deliciously fragrant baked apple muffins enchant you and your guests. The 300g baking mix makes twelve small or eight large muffins that taste wonderful. Look forward to easy preparation and delicious results!

Our baked apple and muffin baking mix consists of:

250g muffin flour
35g raisins
15g cinnamon and sugar
12 small muffin cups

This allows you to quickly and easily prepare oven-fresh baked apple muffins that are guaranteed to succeed.

Easy to prepare: Baked apple muffins (300g) < / b>

Basic recipe:
300g baked apple muffin baking mix
1 apple (approx. 160g)*
125ml cooking oil*
100g whole egg ( approx. 2 eggs size M)*
50ml water*

* You also need these items

Set the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat.Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat. Peel and core the apple and cut it into small pieces. Mix the baking mix with eggs, cooking oil and water briefly with a hand-held mixer or in a stand mixer at the lowest level and then beat at the highest level for about 1 minute until smooth. Then fold in raisins and apple pieces.

Place the muffin cups on a baking or muffin tray and dispense the mixture evenly on the capsules. Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the muffins. Bake them for about 15-20 minutes and then allow to cool.
