Delicious, chocolaty cookies are always a hit. This baking mixture contains the flour mixture, cocoa powder and cocoa-based icing for crispy crispy choco biscuits
(Package contents: 450g baking mix, 15g cocoa powder Barry Callebaut, 75g cocoa containing glaze chips)
Additionally you need: 175g soft butter, 1 egg (50g whole egg), some flour for rolling outFor the biscuits put the baking mix with butter, cocoa powder and egg in a bowl. Knead everything with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. After the dough has cooled, knead again briefly. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface to cut out the desired motifs. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool.
Melt the glaze in a bain-marie or in the microwave on a low wattage and let it cool down a little while stirring. Now coat the biscuits with the glaze.
