Vegetable gelling agent, also as substitute for gelatine.

Pectin is obtained from dried plants and therefore is vegetable.

It is suitable as thickener in jams, ice cream, cake glaze, creams and many more bakery ware.

Just cook the pectin in water or fruit juice for a short moment. It is nearly calorie-free and rich in dietary fiber.

Super Qualität

Ich koch mit diesem Pektin mittlerweile seit ein paar Jahren meine Marmelade ein. Funktioniert super und ich kann dadurch einfach den Zuckergehalt extrem reduzieren im Vergleich zu Gelierzucker.
