Glycerin is used for a better binding and for keeping moist and fresh. It has an emulsifying effect and therefore improves the binding of water and fat in masses.

The offered glycerin is of plant origin.

It is used in:
- ice cream (prevents drying-out and a too sweet taste)
- Pralines (prevents fat bloom)
- Sugar glaze/fondant icing
- Biscuit- and sand masses
- Sugar decoration and showpieces
- Mousse and creams

Dosage:
20-30g 1000g mass.

Ingredients:

Glycerine (E 422).

Super für die Arbeit mit Waferpaper

Habe mein Waferpaper mit Gelatine und dem Glycerin bearbeitet um einen stoffartigen Effekt zu erzielen. Sah toll aus.
