Protein ice cream powder chocolate - enjoy without regret! Few calories - high protein content! Our ice cream powder has around 60% fewer calories and almost 90% less fat than our classic ice cream. The protein content is 3x as high! To make it, you need the protein chocolate ice cream mix and an ice cream maker.
Our basic recipe yields approx. 1 litre of ice cream, depending on the ice cream maker. You will need:
65g protein ice cream powder chocolate
300ml water
First, measure out the water and stir in the ice cream powder. Freeze the ice cream mixture according to the instructions of the ice cream machine. If your ice cream maker has a compressor, please switch it off manually after 30 minutes, otherwise the ice cream will be much too hard. The ice cream should have a soft ice cream-like consistency. If you want this, you can refreeze the ice cream in the freezer for 60 minutes.
Please consume the ice cream fresh. It is not suitable for longer storage in the freezer.
Alternatively, you can replace the 300ml of water with some or all of the milk when making the ice cream. This will make the ice cream even creamier. Milk alternatives such as soy milk, almond milk etc. are also possible. You can also replace 150ml with 150g yoghurt. Please note that this increases the calories, but also the protein content.
Only the ice cream powder is included, NO fruit or decoration.
