The cream stabilizers contain all the necessary ingredients for the easy, safe, and quick preparation of vegan cream cakes, slices, roulades, and desserts. Simply add whipped cream and the appropriate amount of water, and you have a firm and flavorful cream. The cream stabilizers are produced without artificial colors or preservatives. You will receive only the cream stabilizer powder with your purchase. No fruit or decorations are included. Basic Recipe: 45g Cream Stabilizer, 450g Cream (vegetarian/vegan). Mix the cream stabilizer powder with the vegan cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Assemble your cakes and refrigerate for at least two hours. The basic recipe is sufficient for a 26cm diameter cake or a 60x40cm roulade. For a delicious mousse, simply add 100g more cream.
