It is best to temper the chocolate filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into dark chocolate pralines using a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the praline filling with dark chocolate flavor can be further refined, for example with additional alcohol, with fine fruit pastes or an exciting crunch.
