You can achieve the perfect taste for your pralines with our praline filling eggnog nougat, 600 g. This creamy, fine white chocolate filling for pralines contains fresh cream and 10% eggnog, refined with hazelnuts, vanilla, brandy and 6.2% nougat as well as natural vanilla flavor. Use our rich truffle filling eggnog nougat for about one layer of praline balls from our online shop.

How do I use praline filling eggnog nougat?

Our truffle filling eggnog nougat is ready to use immediately. It is best to temper the percentage filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into praline eggs made of milk chocolate in a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the praline filling with eggnog-nougat flavor can be further refined, for example with delicious fruit pastes or an adventurous crunch. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our nut-nougat praline filling with eggnog, or use it as an extravagant filling for gateaux, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and petit fours.

Make your own Belgian-style pralines

To make your own Belgian-style pralines with our delicious eggnog nougat praline filling, mix the nougat eggnog filling with about 15% good butter and stir the mixture until fluffy, as desired.
