Baking Mix for a classic american red velvet cake with the typical red colour, velvety smooth texture and subtle chocolate flavour. Just mix it mix eggs, butter and oil to bake a moist and fluffy cake.
(Package contents: 1 kg baking mix)
You will also need: 85g softened butter, 9 eggs or 460g (size M), 83g vegetable oil, 223g water.
Put all ingredients together with the baking mix in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer or food processor on low speed, then mix on high for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a 26cm springform pan or other baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
