Aromatize chocolate, creams, praline fillings or other food based of fat with this oil. You only need a small quantity aroma in order to achieve a full and rounded taste. Combine flavours - you will create extraordinary tastes. E. g. chili-lemon-chocolate or ginger-orange-pralines. There are no limits to creativity. The oil is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Included in delivery: aroma paste, excluding fruits and decoration.

Sehr gut!

Das Aromaöl schmeckt sehr gut, perfekt um z.B. Frostings zu aromatisieren, Allein der Duft haut einen schon um. Und sparsam in der Verwendung. Sonst habe ich selbst hergestelltes Karamell verwendet, das ist für manche spontanen Ideen aber zu mühselig. Das ist jetzt für Schnellschüsse nicht mehr nötig.

Sehr gut zum aromatisieren von Schokolade

Ich habe das Karamell-Öl genutzt um in Formen gegossener Vollmilch-Schokolade eine karamellige Note zu verabreichen (genutzt habe ich hierzu Callebaut-Kuvertüre).
Das Öl wird in einer kleinen Kunststoffflasche geliefert, aus der sich sehr gut dosieren lässt. Es riecht sehr stark nach Karamell, was einen automatisch dazu bringt die Dosierung vorsichtig zu machen. Ich persönlich habe sogar nochmal deutlich weniger benutzt, als die Empfehlung auf der Verpackung vorschlägt. Geschmacklich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Endergebnis!
