Let it crunch. Mix chocolate or praline fillings with crispies. The crispies will make your creations crunchy and flavoury. Use almost waterless fillings in order to prevent a softening of the crispies. Perfectly suitable for filling pralines are our Prèmo-praline-masses. The crispies are free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. You can also use them as flavour and structure enhancer for tarts, ice cream or desserts.

Schmecken richtig fruchtig. Mann darf sie aber tatsächlich erst kurz vor den Verzehr auf das Eis geben, sonst weichen sie auf.
