Aromatize chocolate, creams, praline fillings or other food based of fat with this oil. You only need a small quantity aroma in order to achieve a full and rounded taste. Combine flavours - you will create extraordinary tastes. E. g. chili-lemon-chocolate or ginger-orange-pralines. There are no limits to creativity. The oil is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Included in delivery: aroma paste, excluding fruits and decoration.

Das Öl ist sehr intensiv, zuviel davon wird bitter. Ich hatte es in weißer Ganache. Hier war es OK.

Sehr intensiv und aromatisch. Das werde ich definitiv öfter kaufen! Im Vergleich zu Apfel oder Himbeere habe ich weniger Öl benötigt um den Geschmack zu bekommen.

Aroma-Öl

Habe vor ein paar Tagen einige Aroma-Öle bestellt und bisher Kokos und Limette getestet. Geschmacklich super! Gerade schmilzt die dunkle Schokolade um mit Amarena-Kirsche verfeinert zu werden. :)
Habe nur eine winzig kleine Beanstandung... Es wäre super, wenn die Öle in dunklen Fläschen mit einer vorhandenen Dosiermöglichkeit (Pipette oä) geliefert werden könnten. Ich persönlich wäre auch bereit, dafür einen kleinen Aufpreis zu zahlen, da diese in der Anschaffung wahrscheinlich etwas teurer sind. Das würde die Verarbeitung aber um einiges erleichtern!
Ansonsten wie gesagt top!
