Chocolate ice cream - seductively tender.

Super creamy and chocolatey, that's how homemade ice cream should taste. With this ice cream powder, you can do it very easily. The cocoa gives this ice cream a strong chocolate flavor and reminds you of delicate chocolate mousse fresh from the ice cream machine. The powder is matched to creamy scoop ice cream/spread ice cream from household ice cream machines.

Contents: 50 g ice powder

Recipe for freezer containers with at least 480ml Contents:
Stir 25 g ice powder with 100 g sugar into 450 g skimmed milk or whole milk with a whisk until lump-free. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the ice cream mixture into the running machine, freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Observe instructions for operating the ice cream machine.
Makes approx. 16-18 scoops with the practical Ice Cream Scoop Ø 5.5 cm.

Tip:
Please note the maximum production quantity of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, there is no room for air - and this is necessary to give your ice cream a tender consistency.
Attention: The powder is not suitable as a soft ice cream powder for commercial soft ice cream machines!

The recipe is specially optimized for preparation in an ice cream maker with a capacity of at least 480ml, e.g. the Ninja Creami.
