Professional polycarbonate moulds suitable for making pralines and chocolate hollow bodies. The moulds have been developed for long-term use. Not comparable to cheap, flexible moulds for hobby confectioners. With proper use and care you will be able to work with these moulds for many years.

Never clean the moulds in the dish washer or with washing-up liquid. If necessary, clean the mould with clear, warm water. Ideally just polish the used mould with cotton before next use.

Die Form ist sehr gut, einfaches Handling und supertolle Ergebnisse.
Habe mir deshalb eine zweite Form bestellt.

Ich war skeptisch

Wie soll die Schokolade da wieder ausgelöst werden können? Aber nach einer halben Stunde im Kühlschrank löste sich die Tafel rückstandsfrei aus der Form. Die Oberfläche glänzt edel und mit der Qualitätsschokolade Callebaut oder Valrhona war die einstimmige Meinung: Beste Schokolade, die wir je gegessen haben. Ich hatte Muster aus Zartbitterschokolade aufgemalt, geröstete Mandelsplitter darauf verteilt, mit Vollmilchschokolade aufgefüllt und Transferfolie als Abschluss. Tolles, individuelles Geschenk für Gourmets.
