Covering colours for painting tarts and cakes.

Paint roll icing or marzipan with edible colours just like with acrylic paints. The colours in paste can be mixed with each other. Dilute the colours with some alcohol, thus they will dry quickly.

In case you will do more complex paintings, we recommend to spray the surface with our shiny food spray beforehand. Use already coloured roll icing fondant as a base depending on the motive. This seems like a primer. In order to achieve a higher coverage, the colour must be applied in several layers. Let the paint dry enough after each layer. The colours will shine after drying.

Not suitable for imbuing (e. g. kneading).
