Praktisch

Durch die Verwendung der GN Einsätze sehr vielseitig, auch zur Vorbereitung / Lagerung. Die Temperatureinstellung über das Einstellrad für die meisten Anwendungen hinreichend genau, zum Temperieren von Schokolade ist jedoch ein Thermometer erforderlich.
