You will create delicate effects with edible, highly elastic lace borders and patterns. The taste is slightly sweet. Even if you are inexperienced the mix is easy to use! Here you can find suitable mats .

In order to create colourful decorations: colour the mass directly with our paste colours or spray it later with pearl spray or paint spray. It is also possible to powder the decoration with our powder or metallic colours.

For a cake lace mat sized 8x40cm you approx. need 35g finished cake lace white mix and for a mat sized 20x40cm approx. 70g.

Hat wirklich sehr gut funktioniert, allerdings habe ich es lieber über Nacht trocknen lassen und nicht im Backofen. Das Endprodukt ist dadurch etwas elastischer.

Bisher hat es nicht funktioniert. Entweder rissig oder nicht trocken genug. Muss ich nochmal ausprobieren.

Spitzendekor Mix 250g

Bisher habe ich die essbare Spitze immer selber hergestellt. Diesmal wollte ich mir den Arbeitsschritt mal sparen. Ich hätte es schon viel früher machen sollen. Das Pulver ist super, Die Spitze ist reinweiß, kann natürlich eingefärbt werden. Die Handhabung ist so einfach. Pulver mit kaltem Wasser glattrühren, fertig. Sehr ergiebig und einfach in der Handhabung. Egal ob man die Spitze über Nacht oder im Backofen trocknet. Sie lässt sich immer super aus der Form lösen. Ich werde nie wieder Spitze selber herstellen.
