Macaron mix for making macaron shells fast and easy. You will create mit yellow macarons with this mix.

Utilisation:
Put the macaron mix together with 70g egg white in a mixing bowl. Mix the mass with a mixer or a food processor for about 3-4 minutes. Fill the baking mat by means of a piping bag. Let it rest for 1 hour. Afterwards bake it at 130°C (circulating heat, respectively 140°C upper and lower heat for 18 minutes. After cooling down carefully remove the macaron shells.
