This Bakery Professional Line bread and cake baking machine has been specially developed for Cake-Masters baking mixes been. These baking mixes are available separately in our online shop. Simply enter the program number from the packaging of the baking mix on the baking maker. The cake and bread maker does the rest. Of course, you can also use other baking mixes or your own recipes to make your own bread recipes, cakes, yogurt, jams, rice pudding and pasta dough.
You can select the baking program number given on the baking mix for this appliance and thus obtain a perfect baking result. If you use your own recipes, use similar varieties as a guide or use one of the homemade programs. The kneading, resting and baking times as well as the degree of browning and the amount or size of bread are adjustable. A time preselection for when the baking process should be finished can also be selected up to a maximum of 15 hours.
