The Pane Vegano is a high-fibre wholemeal oat bread that does not contain any flour or yeast. It is therefore ideal for a vegan diet and is a natural source of protein. The protein content is at least 14% and the fibre content is at least 9%. This bread contains high quality natural ingredients that provide a natural source of a range of minerals and vitamins. This superfood bread will convince you. Guaranteed! It has an incredible taste due to natural ingredients. Even without flour or yeast, this bread succeeds in a loaf tin or other compact baking dish. After mixing, it will not increase in volume, but will still remain moist and fluffy.
You will receive a flour mix for the bread (without yeast) and an oatmeal-pumpkin seed mix. Weighing out other ingredients is not necessary. You first need 375ml water (approx. 26°C), 37g sugar beet syrup and 25g sunflower oil.

`Super wenn der stolze Preis nicht wär. Habe die Mischung vom Nachbarbäcker empfohlen bekommen. Verwende eine Rezeptur mit 30% der Mischung. Gebe dazu Hafenflocken/ Sonnenblumenkerne / Leinsamen die ich als Brühstück eine Nacht stehen lasse.Alles andere wie im Rezept beschrieben. Besonderer Zusatz pro Brot einen EL frischen Sauer, natürlich selbstgemacht. 10g Salz runden ab. Backen bei Umluft 160-170° ca 90 Min davon 30 Min in der Backform dann Rost. Hier rezep: Pano 152g / Hafer 173g/Sonne 122g/ Lein 61g/ öl 37g / Sirup 27g/ Brühwasser 266g/ Teigwasser 115g / Sauer 50g / Salz10g 10 min kneten , 120 min Teig gesamt Quellen, Brotleib im Körnermischung wälzen rest wie beschrieben.
