Professional and versatile device for melting and tempering chocolate, fondant, glazes, sauces, jellies, etc. Due to the massive volume of 6 liters, the device is perfect for all common work and it can fit up to 5 kg of chocolate. The thermostatic controller from 0-50 ° C ensures a particularly wide application field.

The heat is distributed particularly evenly thanks to a special resistor. Energy-saving due to efficient insulation. The Cup, lid and the housing are (Gastronomy 1/6 according to EN 631-1) made of stainless steel.
