Glaze for covering cake pops, cakes, tarts etc.

You will receive the glaze as a hugh block. It can be heatened in a heating unit or in the bain marie (approx. 40°C). Dip the cake pops in the glaze. Decorate the cake pops with sugar crystals or pearls before the glaze gets hard. Also suitable for covering cakes or tarts. You do not need to use up the glaze all at once. Also if it got hard it can be heatened again.

The glaze tastes sweet. Aromatise the glaze before covering with our aroma oils like strawberry, orange, caramel etc. Combine a green glaze with our aroma oil lemon or a red glaze with our aroma oil chili.There are no limits to creativity.
