High-quality baking mix, specially developed for the air fryer, for approximately 14 fluffy chocolate buns. You will receive a complete flour mix, dry yeast, and dark chocolate chips. Weighing other ingredients is not necessary.
You only need 35g butter, 1 egg, and 185ml water.

Preparation:
1. Place all the flour and yeast in a bowl and mix everything together. Add 185ml water (approx. 26°C), 35g room-temperature butter, and 18g whole egg. Knead everything in a food processor for 3 minutes on low speed, then 5 minutes on high speed. Then knead in the chocolate chips.
2. Let it rest, covered, at room temperature for approximately 25 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into approximately 14 equal pieces (about 60g each) and shape them into rounds.
4. Cover and let rise for about 60 minutes, until the dough has noticeably increased in volume.
5. Carefully brush the rolls with whole egg and bake in an air fryer at 175°C for about 8-10 minutes.
