Regarding couverture:
Cut the Sheet into pieces or stripes. Slightly spread tempered couverture on the printed side. Bend the Sheet - if desired. Strip the Sheet off when the couverture got hard. The colours are now transferred to the couverture. Decorate your cakes, desserts, pralines etc. with extraordinary elements.
Regarding cakes and creams:
Insert cakes or desserts inverted in the Sheet. Strip the Sheet off after freezing. The decorations are now transferred to the cake or dessert.
Regarding roll icing:
Roll the icing fondant as usual. Put the transfer Sheet on the roll icing. There put a Sheet of baking paper and iron the baking paper with an electric iron (level 1). Remove the baking paper and strip off the Sheet carefully.
There are no limits to creativity.
