Callebaut Crema is a chocolate filling with genuine, high-quality Callebaut couverture. It is suitable for filling pralines, spreading, spraying, injecting and flavoring pastries or as a ganache for cakes. Callebaut Crema Gold has a typical taste of caramel chocolate with strong notes of toffee, butter, cream and a pinch of salt.
This Crema Gold variety contains 8% chocolate. It is palm and soy free and contains olive and sunflower oil. It is also made without artificial flavors and colorings.
The cream can be spread at room temperature.
Preparation instructions: Store the product in a dry place (15-20°C). Always use a clean and dry spoon/spatula for sampling. We do not recommend heating the product. Do not store in refrigerator or freezer. If the oil partially separates during storage, stir the product thoroughly to restore the original texture. Lower temperatures can cause fat crystallization, which can lead to lump formation in the product. Slightly heat the product while stirring to restore the product's original texture.
