Mass for writing and decorating.

You do not need to temper the decoration mass. Just heat the mass carefully (approx. 40°C). Afterwards you can garnish ornaments or writings with a pastry bag. Then the mass will harden again. Therefore a later smearing is avoided. You will receive the decoration mass in a cup. Here you can find suitable pastry bags.

Ingredients:

Sugar, vegetable fat hardened, cocoa low fat, SOY FLOUR, emulsifier: lecithin (SOY, rape); bourbon-vanilla extract, salt. May contain traces of nuts and milk components.

Die dunkle Schreibschokolade ist sehr gut zu verarbeiten. Das lästige temperieren von Kuvertüre fällt weg. Erspart viel Zeit und Nerven.
