The creme patisserie "creamy & easy - Special Edition" is a frostproof cream for quick and easy production of cream fillings for cakes, pastries and desserts. The whipped cream quickly develops into an airy, fluffy mousse with a light vanilla flavor.
Preparation of the creamy patisserie "creamy & fluffy - Special Edition"
Basic recipe:
60g cream powder
75ml milk
125g cream
Put the milk and cream in a tall mixing bowl. Stir with an electric hand mixer or stand mixer and slowly let the powder pour in. Process the finished cream quickly.
Recipe idea: Tart à la vanilla
Recipe for 6 tartlets
For the shortcrust pastry:
250g shortcrust pastry mix
50g whole egg (1 egg size M)
100g butter (room temperature)
100g legumes z. B. dried peas (to weigh down)
For the vanilla cream
60g cream patisserie "creamy & loose - Special Edition"
75ml milk
125g cream
For decoration
seasonal fruits
For the shortcrust pastry, process all ingredients in the stand mixer or with a hand mixer to a smooth dough and then rest it at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then knead the dough briefly and roll it out very thinly on baking paper or a cake slice. Place the rolled out dough in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes. Then cut out 6 bases with the tart rings. Then cut out 6 strips, line the sides of the rings with it and cut off the excess. Prick the bottom several times with a fork and line it with a piece of baking paper cut to size. Weight down with legumes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely, remove from the mould and remove the legumes and the baking paper.
For the cream, add milk and cream to a tall mixing bowl. Whip with an electric hand mixer or stand mixer and slowly let the powder pour in. Pour the finished cream into the tartlets with a piping bag and top with fruit.
