Valrhona develops this variety with a completely natural taste and colour. This chocolate coating contains no preservatives and no artificial colours or flavours. The intense fruit of the raspberry unfolds on the palate. After processing, the unique texture of this chocolate becomes apparent and it can be processed like other couvertures.

The Inspiration range is extended with Inspiration Raspberry.With its balance of sweetness and light acidity, the delicious and feather-light raspberry is simply the queen of berries.

Inspiration is the first fruit chocolate created by Valrhona that is completely natural in terms of taste and colour. Valrhona has used all its expertise to bring forth this gem that combines the unique taste of chocolate with the full flavour and intense colours of nuts and fruits. Inspiration can be used like all Valrhona couvertures.
