Valrhona develops this variety with a completely natural taste and colour. This chocolate coating contains no preservatives and no artificial colours or flavours. The intense fruit of the passion fruit unfolds on the palate. After processing, the unique texture of this chocolate, which can be processed like other couvertures, becomes apparent.
Fruit, cocoa butter (and a little lecithin) and sugar are all that is needed - the perfect recipe for natural taste and high quality. Cocoa butter content at least 32%. Passion fruit: 17.3%

Crystallisation temperature: 27 - 28°C
