GREENLINE - sustainable and environmentally friendly


This GREENLINE article is delivered without outer packaging . We only use as much material as necessary and as little as possible in product packaging. For many products, we do not use any outer packaging. For a variety of articles, you have the choice between conventional packaging and the environmentally friendly GREENLINE packaging consisting of paper or without packaging.

These moulds made of polycarbonate consist of two parts. Both parts are fixed by magnets. Proceed as follows: Open the mould and put both parts on the table. Paint or spray the hollows with food colouring. Ideally suitable are our sprays for chocolate Schoko-Sprays. Put both parts together and fill the moulds with tempered couverture through the opening at the top. Pour out surplus couverture. After the hollow bodies got hard you can fill them with a praline filling at your choice and close them. Pull the moulds apart after the pralines have completely cooled down. You now have filled, three-dimensional pralines.

Professional moulds made of polycarbonate for making pralines and hollow bodies. These moulds have been developed for permanent use. They are not comparable with cheap, flexible moulds for hobby confectioners.With proper use and care you will be able to work with these moulds for many years.

Never clean the moulds in the dish washer or with washing-up liquid. If necessary, clean the mould with clear, warm water. Ideally just polish the used mould with cotton before next use.
